Dr Harris’s notes: Using my classic gin as a basis I infused real strawberry and
rhubarb post distillation. The Strawberry was added to provide a hint of sweetness.
Rhubarb was added to balance and provide the tartness I was looking for with the
aim of creating my own twist on the classic pink gin.

250g Coriander Seed
48g Angelica Root
30g Cassia Bark
30g Liquorice Root
30g Black Pepper Corn
12.5g Orange Peel
