Thomson whisky very first triple distilled single malt. Made from 100% NZ grown un-smoked malted barley, triple distilled through our hand beaten copper pot stills and matured in an American oak ex-Bourbon barrel.

Nose: Delicate notes of freshly sliced green apple, sprinkled with cinnamon.  The sweetness of candied, toasted barley. A hint of rhubarb crumble.

Palate: A touch of spice, cinnamon, clove, and star anise. Rich sweetness reminiscent of toffee apples.

Finish: Toffee and stewed fruit linger giving way to spice and our old friend rhubarb crumble makes a final appearance.
