Tasting Notes by Ash Parmar:
Nose: Sweetness is rich with very little smoke. Ripe mango, bananas with spice notes. 2-3 Drops of water opens sweetness right up.
Palate: Spice mingling with rich sweetness of malt. Very oily on the palate with gentle smoke. With 2-3 drops of water sweetness intensifies.
Finish: Very rich and sweetness of malt lingers with very little smoke on finish.
Pairing Suggestion: Malt Biscuits and cheese.
