Papalin Rum Haiti 6 Year Old Ex Sherry Cask Aged Rum 700ml

This is a blend of three pot still Haitian rums, distilled and aged at the Distillerie de Port au Prince. Its maturation in ex-sherry casks creates notes of ripe apricots, brandied cherry, salted caramel, dark chocolate and waxed oranges, leading to baking spices on the finish.
