An aged grappa with frangrance hints of vanilla and bread crumbs. Aged and refined for up to 5 years. A spirit with personality.

Distilled from the precious and generous grape skins from Piemonte, this grappa is ageing in 70 hectolitre oak casks for a period of five years. The long aging process requires casks with exceptionally thick staves to guarantee a balanced contact between the distilled spirit and the oxygen in the air .
Colour: golden yellow with intense copper reflections, crystal -clear
Nose: intense and harmonious, fragrance with hints of vanilla, and bread crumb .
Taste: the initial strength due to the extended ageing in wood is softened by the enveloping notes.
