Leeloo - Pure Single Cask Rum 2024 Winter Feast Release Rum 'New Norfolk Tasmanian Distillery' 500ml

This year's special release is a pure Tasmanian Single Cask Rum that's very drinkable and well balanced.

Matured in an American oak barrel for just under 4 years, the spirit has an inviting nose of golden syrup, orange oil and vanilla which leads through to notes of chocolate and caramel. Hints of toffee, cedar and tropical fruit follow, ending with good texture and length.

This rum release was fermented, distilled, aged and bottled all on-site at our distillery in the Derwent Valley, Tasmania.

We've named it "Leeloo" for the strong-willed, supreme being in The Fifth Element. Is this rum as perfect as the fifth element itself? We can't wait 5000 years to find out. We'll let you decide.
