Inchgower 'Signatory' Small Batch Edition #3 Oloroso Sherry Cask Aged 2011 / 12 years old 48.2%

This 12-year-old Inchgower was matured in ex-oloroso sherry casks and bottled by Signatory. The spicy, almost salty, spirit works very well with these casks and proffers aromas of salted honey-drizzled cashews, cinnamon rolls, dark chocolate, ground white pepper and dates on the nose.
