Nose: The nose is scented with peat smoke and dark, slightly burnt toffee and a note of cooked cherries (cherry pie)

Palate: The palate is big and rounded, bringing together the fruit and smoke, lingering on smoky, drying, oaky finish.

Finish: Flavours of rich dried fruit and sooty smoke.
