Part of the Un-Chilfiltered Collection from Signatory, this 10-year-old Edradour was matured in four first-fill oloroso sherry butts. This is a full-flavoured dram with rich notes of stewed orchard fruit, fresh apricots, vanilla pods and Easter biscuits.
