Punchy, peaty single malt from the dependently toothsome distillery, Caol Ila. This Signatory release was matured in an ex-bourbon and display notes of barbecued peach, citrus oils and hints of smoked hazelnut on the palate, leading to mixed herbs and bonfire smoke on the finish.
