Caol Ila 2007 13 Year Old 'Gordon & Macphail ex-Hermitage Wine Cask Finish Whisky 700ml

A 2007 Caol Ila single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail, finished in an ex-Hermitage wine cask and bottled in April 2021, at 13-years-old, as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of fruitcake, cherries and sweet smoke fill the nose, complemented by notes of smoked meats, summer berries, toasted almonds and bonfire embers throughout the palate.
