Broken Heart Gin is used as the base for their Rhubarb Gin. 10kg of Champagne Rhubarb is macerated resulting in a slight green colour to the Gin. When added with Tonic it turns into a slight pink. Refreshing in summertime. Enjoy or ice or as a G&T.
