Nose: Bursting with fresh vitality with white wine, lime, bay leaves, green tea, white pepper and cinnamon. 

Palate: The aroma delivers the same effervescent notes on the palate, all playfully dancing across the tongue in a mighty crescendo.

Finish: Medium in length with the bay leaves, white wine and cinnamon dominating.

This label represents all the possibilities a cask can become. Just like the universe, every new make spirit has the infinite chance to turn into a dream, your dream. Talking from experience, when the first cask was given to me, I wasn't sure what to expect. There was only one way to find out what the cask hid…I had to open it. And the liquid was perfect, it could have been smoky, salty, nutty, fruity but this whisky was just the right combination of flavours to me. I haven't stopped opening casks since then, you could say exploring the universe became my job.
