Tequila - Mezcal

Agave is the native plant in the town of Tequila, Mexico. Grinding the agave into a compostable paste, the agave juices go into fermentation and give the agave a stronger flavour. Tequila flavours are oak, vanilla, and caramel. Tequila is the staple of summertime drinking, popular in sangrias.
