New Norfolk Tasmanian Distillery

New Norfolk Distillery is Tasmania’s only dedicated rum distillery, operating from the historic Willow Court precinct. Everything is done on site — from ferment to distillation to bottling — giving their spirits a true sense of place. This is modern Australian rum with attitude, crafted by a small team who have quickly made their mark on the global stage.

That reputation was cemented in April when New Norfolk Distillery won three “World’s Best” titles at the 2025 World Rum Awards. A rare and impressive achievement for any distillery, let alone one so young.
