As part of this innovative mission, we have been a pioneer in celebrating Irish Single Grain crafted using a recipe of 95% corn and 5% malted barley.
The first in our Aged Single Grain series saw us explore the influence of Bordeaux Red Wine Casks while our newest release continues this exploration by focusing on the influence of ex-Sauvignon Blanc casks on our Single Grain.
This Limited Edition 15 Year Old Bottling was matured initially in ex-bourbon casks before being given extra maturation for a further twelve months in ex-Sauvignon Blanc Casks.
Proudly bottled at 50% ABV with no chill filtration ensuring all the true character of the whiskey is retained.
As part of our sustainability efforts our 15 Year Old Single Grain tube is made from recyclable material and is 100% Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) cardboard.
Nose: Light citrus, grapefruit with delicate green apple and honeysuckles
Palate: Fresh and zesty peppers with honeydew melon, vanilla sweetness and hints of pear
Finish: Drying with lingering subtle fruit notes
