The River Antoine distillery is a monument in the history of rum. Founded in 1785, it has maintained the same traditional production of pure cane juice rum throughout its history, preserving the tradition of crushing the cane using a hydraulic mill, spontaneous fermentation without the addition of yeast, and distillation in a pot still. Rivers is an intense rum characterized by citrus and esters.
