The Pillar of Autumn Smoky Maple Old Fashioned is a ready-to-pour cocktail in a bottle.

It's smooth, sweet and smoky - the perfect tipple for those who enjoy BBQ and smoked meats, gently peated whisky and spiced rum.

We've taken the elements of the classic Old Fashioned cocktail and made it our own, inspired by the Tasmanian wilderness in Autumn. We've blended our signature spiced spirit, created from sustainable Australian molasses, with spices, hickory smoke and maple syrup.

Serving suggestion

Pour 45ml-60ml of this over a large block of ice in a tumbler. Sip it around a campfire, as you share stories with friends and fellow adventurers well into the night.

Each bottle is 700ml. ABV: approx. 31.7% (as we are a small-batch distillery, the ABV will vary between batches).
