This blended Irish whiskey from Grace O’Malley combines malt and grain whiskies that are hand selected from a variety of casks, including French oak, ex-bourbon, and ex-rum barrels to achieve a fantastic balance and depth of character. A lovely sipper, and would also taste great mixed with freshly pressed apple juice or ginger ale.
Nose
Oaky vanilla and sweet, nutty caramel meet rich malt, popcorn, and floral spiced orange.
Palate
Dried fruits and honey flapjack, resinous oak with cinnamon and pepper spice.
Finish
Caramelised nuts, wafts of vanilla, sweet, cakey spice, and a gently warming finish.
