Foursquare Sovereignty Exceptional Cask Selection Mark XIX Rum 700ml

The 19th release in Foursquare's Exceptional Cask Selection series, Sovereignty is a combination of two rums – the first initially spent three years in ex-bourbon casks, followed by 11 years in refill sherry casks, and the second is a 14-year-old ex-bourbon cask matured rum. Aromas of blackberry jam, plums, overripe banana, dates, lemon peel, dark chocolate, caramel and ginger cake fill the nose, complemented by notes of papaya, tamarind, blackberry preserve, Turkish Delight, liquorice, star anise, gingerbread and walnuts throughout the palate.
