Batch 3 of Hampden’s Pagos series brings together the distillery’s higher ester HLCF marque with oloroso casks sourced from Bodegas Fundador – some of which held sherry for up to 30 years. The result is a bold, structured rum that doesn’t lose the distillate’s distinct funk. There’s tropical fruit and raisin on the nose, wrapped in gentle sherry warmth.
