A "peat lover's dream" of a dram. A single malt vatting of 4 casks from Islay's largest distillery. All the spirit began maturation in bourbon hogsheads and finished in 1st fill Wild Beer Imperial Stout casks. 

This is a very funky and unusual Caol Ila. Not one to be missed!

Nose – salted caramel, smoky, beeswax

Palate – dark chocolate, sea salt, dry malt

Finish – rich coffee, sweet smoky, long
