Nose: Stewed orchard fruits and berries: think stewed apples, blackcurrant crumble, mixed berries.

Palate: Toasted nuts (walnut / brazil nut vibe), some vanilla and a light salted-caramel or honeyed undertone — rounding off the sweetness and giving texture.

Finish: Medium-long finish: lingering dark-toffee sweetness, toasted nuts, mild smoky warmth, and a touch of spice (cinnamon / gentle wood spice) as it fades.
