It rains often in Reefton, but seldom snows. So they leapt at the opportunity to create a gin which captures the fresh, native aromas of our rainforest’s snow-laden canopy after one of these rare occurrences.

Locally collected pristine snow, Mānuka, alpine lavender, lime and a hint of peppermint combine for a refreshingly unique spirit.

Just like Reefton’s fleeting snowfall, this limited edition Little Biddy Gin won’t be around for long.

Serving suggestion: Use quality tonic, or soda water to make an exceptionally crisp and uplifting drink. Delicious served with a fresh sprig of thyme and a slice or two of lime.
