Gabriel Boudier Sloe Gin 700ml
Gabriel Boudier Sloe Gin is a classic expression from one of France’s most respected liqueur houses, founded in 1874 and still celebrated worldwide for its craftsmanship. Using wild sloe berries harvested after the first frosts, the fruit is macerated whole in Boudier’s carefully distilled gin, drawing out the rich colour and deep flavour of the berries before being delicately sweetened.
The result is a beautifully balanced sloe gin - vibrant, aromatic, and steeped in tradition. It’s a spirit that captures the British household classic but elevates it with French finesse. Perfect for sipping neat over ice, or topped with soda or sparkling wine for a refreshing long serve.
Tasting Notes
Clear, burgundy red in the glass. Juicy sloe berries with hints of raspberry jam, cracked black pepper, and almond. The palate brings sweet yet tart sloe fruit, pronounced juniper, subtle citrus, and gentle herbal notes, finishing silky, smooth, and moreish.
