Rebellious Spirits Transcend! New Norfolk Distillery Martian Sky Coffee Liqueur is a drink of dark decadence crafted for you to imbibe at the latest hour.

We've gathered locally roasted smoky coffee beans and rich Derwent Valley grown raspberries and macerated them in our signature cane spirit to create a richly flavoured liqueur that's bold and not overtly sweet.

Tasting notes:

The intense notes of coffee are tempered by brown sugar and molasses flavours for an espresso-forward style of coffee liqueur. Fruity notes and dark chocolate make this reminiscent of a 'Cherry Ripe' chocolate bar.

Serving suggestions:

Mix into an espresso martini or drizzle over a coffee shot and ice-cream for a decadent affogato.
