Our most premium of releases, the Founder's Reserve, with bottle #1 from our first release auctioned off for $4800. A deliciously rich & oily single malt with a Tasmanian maritime character to it.

Our highest quality ex-tawny port casks as rated by our head distiller reserved to be bottled at cask strength of 62%. The high strength retains oils and intense flavour.

World Whiskies Awards 2024 - Our Founder's Reserve was recently awarded a Gold medal for Small Batch Single Malt Whisky, no age statement.

Nose: Whipped cream and maple syrup over pancakes, dried apricots and rich sultanas.

Palate: Big juicy oily malt. Very warm but expected at 62%. Notes of sultana, orange and sticky date pudding with a hint of choc and waffle cone.

Finish: Hints of cinnamon & vanilla cream transition to coffee grounds and leave you with a long gooey salted caramel finish.
