The 2025 edition is a combination of peated and unpeated malt, aged in bourbon barrels and re-racked into Maderia wine casks. This is a robust and textural dram that shows layers of cacao, candied cherry, fruit cake, toffee apples, fresh rosemary and orange marmalade.
