Habitation Velier is known for showcasing the natural characteristics of sugarcane, and this release stays true to that focus. Produced at the Distillerie de Port-au-Prince, it is made entirely from crystalline sugar cane sourced from Saint Michel de l'Attalaye. The rum presents grassy and herbal notes, complemented by fresh citrus fruit, cracked white pepper, and pineapple. A robust earthy character and a subtle minerality round out the finish.
