Nose Fairground candy apples and pear drops initially, with hints of stem ginger and white pepper in the backdrop.

Palate Ripe orchard fruits, vanilla fudge and delicate and sweet oak spices with delicate, sweet barley notes underneath.

Finish Rich and unctuous.
